TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
- I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission for any reason
- I will work with minors age 13+
- I will be willing to do work for minors under the age of 13 as long as communication is directly with their parent or guardian.
- I will not take any commission that is to be used for NSFW/fetish purposes, nor will I create NSFW fursuit parts or modificationsFINANCE
- I will only use Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle, or Ko-fi
- Payment is fully upfront, however I can discuss payment plan options if necessary
- Shipping will need to be an additional payment once the commission is ready to ship
- Client is responsible for the shipping cost of DTD to meWARRANTY AND REPAIRS
- Each commission comes with a 60 day warranty after the item is delivered
- During the warranty, any repairs that are resulted from the maker will be 100% free. Past this date, buyers must pay for each repair
- Shipping for repairs is the financial responsibility of the buyerSHIPPING
- I will ship worldwide
- Buyer can request faster shipping, but must pay the additional cost despite their location
- USPS is the shipping service I use, domestic and international
- Any issues caused during shipping are not my responsibility
- I cannot guarantee delivery dateTURN AROUND TIME
- Small parts (including kigus) can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days
- Heads are expected to take a month or two
- Considering queue wait time and commission complexity, expect standard turn around time to be a few months
- Turn around time may be delayed due to personal issues, not receiving feedback in a timely fashion, or other reasons
- I do not accept rush fees
